Get ready for the inaugural Virginia Highland Mardi Gras celebration on February 7, 2026, packed with beads, bites, and Bourbon Street vibes right here in the heart of Atlanta. We’re bringing the spirit of New Orleans to VaHi with a high-energy parade, flavorful food fest, and an epic after party you won’t want to miss.
March to the beat of the bayou! The parade will roll down Virginia Ave from Arcadia St. to North Highland Ave bringing together floats, bands, dancers, and neighborhood crews full of flair.
The good times will keep rolling! We’ll turn the parking lot behind Fontaine's Oyster Bar into a festive fête with a live music featuring Wasted Potential, local vendors, face painting, and plenty of beads, beats, and brews.
Entrances to the party are located through the Bar.bacoa alley and next to Paper Source.
