March to the Beat of the Bayou

The celebration kicks off with a lively parade rolling down Virginia Ave. Watch as floats, marching bands, dancers, and neighborhood crews bring the streets to life with bold costumes, creative displays, and plenty of Mardi Gras flair.

The Good Times Keep Rolling

The party doesn’t stop when the parade ends. The parking lot behind Fontaine’s Oyster House turns into a festive fête with live music, local vendors, face painting, and plenty of beads, beats, and brews. Make a day (and night) of it! Start with brunch, second-line your way through our shops, and finish with dinner or drinks at one of the district's lively restaurants and bars. Plan your Mardi Gras-themed day in Atlanta, and stay tuned for more details!
